JAZZ
An exciting dance with intense, high-paced movement to music from the past to present. Students will work on improving their flexibility, strength, balance and style while concentrating on developing proper dance techniques and progression skills such as kicks, turns, jumps and leaps. Extreme Dance Connection is proud to offer cutting edge dance styles and techniques from New York to L.A. The styles of Jazz very from Contemporary to Funk, Latin to Broadway; so there is something for everyone.
Level 1 Jazz- 6-8 yrs old
Level 2 Jazz- 9-12 yrs old
Level 3 Jazz- 13 yrs old and above

Dress Code
Girls should wear a navy blue bodysuit, beige tights, and beige jazz shoes. Extreme Dance Connection apperal can be worn during the winter months. Hair should be in a ponytail, with no loose strands. Boy's should wear black shorts, white t-shirt and balck jazz shoes.
**Note: Senior Level Students may also wear black bodysuits to class.
*Competitive students may require different shoes and shoe colours. Please check with Mrs. Jennifer before purchasing any shoes.
